Additionally, try to focus on what you can control and take action in those areas. This can help you feel more empowered and in control of your situation.
Remember to take care of yourself during this time. Practice self-care, such as getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and engaging in activities that bring you joy. Surround yourself with positive and supportive people who can offer encouragement and perspective. Finally, remember that this too shall pass. The challenges you are facing are temporary and you have the strength and resilience to overcome them.
